These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Brambly iOS app and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you do not meet the applicable requirements, you may not use the Service.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your profile information up to date.

• Use the Service to transmit unlawful, harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content.
• Harass, stalk, or otherwise harm other users.

6) Media and permissions

The Service may request permissions from your device (for example, microphone access for voice messages and Photo Library access for selecting/saving images) to provide core functionality. You can change these permissions through your device settings.

7) Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We will try to provide notice where appropriate, but we are not obligated to do so.

8) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continuing to provide the Service to you is not appropriate. You may also delete your account from within the app.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the developer of the Service, without regard to conflict of law rules, to the extent permitted by law.
